The Sixth Euro-China Conference on Intelligent Data Analysis and Applications (ECC 2019) Oct 15-18 - ARAD - ROMANIA https://www.ecc2019.ro/ CALL FOR PAPERS
INVITED SESSION 1: Intelligence Computing Development and Its Applications
In recent years, “Intelligence Computing” has become a hot ubiquitous term. The intelligence computing is widely used in digital creativity, intelligent transportation, education, medicine, finance and many other fields. This session will discuss recent advances in the popped up intelligence computing such as deep learning, transfer learning, Meta-learning,E-learning, recommender system, reinforcement Learning, cloud computing etc. We invite submissions on a wide range of research topics, spanning both theoretical and systems research. Although special attention has been paid to the above areas, it should be emphasized that a broad range of submissions are encouraged.

INVITED SESSION 2: Intelligence Data Analysis and Its Applications
Intelligent data analysis could be defined as the tools that enable extracting information lying under very large amount of data, which have very large amount of variables, and represent very complex and non-linear. Particularly, recent developments in computing have provided the basic infrastructure for dealing with intelligent data analysis and many of the advanced computational methods for extracting information from large quantities of data are beginning to mature. These developments are intractable with the old tool, which have also created a new range of problems and challenges for the analysis, as well as new opportunities for intelligent systems in data analysis. In this case, one must be able to cope with high dimensionality, sparse data, very complex, unknown relationships, biased, wrong or incomplete data, or mathematics algorithms or methods that lie in the frontier of Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Biology, or even Philosophy.
On the other hand, there is a very point of view in engineering that solves common life problems with data analysis tools. Intelligent data analysis offers a data analysis based solution, and gives the opportunity to solve the problem. The applications of intelligent data analysis spans all disciplines in engineering and natural science, such as computational intelligences, signal processing, and all associated applications.
